Expedition Pack Down Hoodie
I’ve tried a lot of insulated jackets or puffies over the last ten years, and the Expedition Pack Down Hoodie really does stand out against them all. The fit is perfect, there’s a cyinchable waist, it’s not too boxy, and the hood is great for when it gets chilly.

Bergtagen GTX Lite Jacket
The Bergtagen GTX Lite Jacket is lightweight enough to be great for the warmer seasons, and durable enough not to let a drop of water through. It really is incredible, and if there’s one thing to invest most in, it’s a rain jacket. You’ll have this one for decades if you take care of it!

Nuuk Parka
I bought the Nuuk Parka years ago and it’s the only parka I own (and need to own). It’s for very cold weather trips, and will keep me warm in even -35 C.

Fleeces
Vargas Pile Fleece
The Vargas Pile Fleece is more of a fleece jacket than a cozy fleece sweater. It is a two-layer teddy fleece to stop the wind getting through. The inside layer being a jersey and the outside is a fleece. It’s also more of a structured jacket, which I love.

Pants
Abisko Trail Stretch Trousers
The Abisko Trail Stretch Trousers are great for hiking in all seasons, are water-resistant, and move with you. They cinch at the ankle, and although they don’t have a belt, they stay put!

Abisko Winter Trousers
The Abisko Winter Trousers are a great option for some extra warmth in the colder months. Like the soft-shell trousers above, they stay put (even without a belt).

Keb Trousers Curved
One of Fjallraven’s classic pants is the Keb Trousers (Curved), and they live up to the hype. I wear these pants when I’m going somewhere more rugged or remote (think Patagonia and the Yukon (Canada). They are really durable, and I’ve had my pair for nearly a decade. Truly unbeatable!

Legging/Tights
Abisko Tights
I don’t wear a ton of leggings these days, but the Abisko Tights are a great option for hiking. They are reinforced in the areas that matter. Because of this, they last longer and keep up with your adventures! These tights have a compressive feel.

High Coast Tights
The High Coast Tights are for the women who want a bit more comfort on their treks. They aren’t as compressive as the Abisko tights but still have a big pocket and (mostly) stay put. Like all less compressive leggings, I need to pull them up a few times on an all-day trek, but I don’t need to fiddle too much.

Shorts
Abisko Hike Shorts
The Abisko Hike Shorts are truly my favorite shorts I’ve ever worn hiking. They don’t rub on my thighs and stretch a touch over a few days, but never so much that they are baggy. They have an adjustable waist and a 3-inch inseam.

Shirts
Abisko Sun-hoodie
The Abisko Sun Hoodie is great for those really exposed and hot days. It wicks away moisture and dries fast so you’re comfortable and cool on the trail. I love the thumb holes so my hands get protection as well. Also, the colors are so fun.

The Highcoast Short Sleeve Shirt is incredibly lightweight and moisture-wicking. It’s great for everyday, or for day hikes.

Hats/Beanies
1960 Logo Hat
The iconic Fjallraven 1960 Logo Hat is the warmest beanie I have ever owned. It’s perfectly chunky and is made of wool. It can get too hot for me if it’s not cold out. In that case, I reach for the Bergtagen Forever Wool Beanie, which is a bit lighter (but still very warm).

Backpacks
Abisko Hike Lite 20L S/M
This backpack has become my new favorite day bag! With 20L of space, the Abisko Hike Lite S/M backpack is incredibly comfortable and can hold a ton (hiking and some photo gear). The straps have pockets and are great for easily accessing water, food, and safety equipment. There is also a M/L size as well.

Abisko Hike 35L S/M
I just hiked 6 days straight in Switzerland with the Abisko Hike 35L backpack. It feels like it holds (and it is) much more than 35L, which is great if you’re looking for a bag that can go from day to multi-day. I would say that this may be suited for people with longer torsos, as I feel it hits my lower back a bit (but I have a shorter torso).

High Coast Hip Pack
The High Coast Hip Pack is a Fjallraven classic. I got my first one a decade ago and, while it’s worn a bit, it’s still kicking! I love all of the colors, and it’s great for both hiking and everyday life.
